International Academic Forum on the Development of Chinese and Foreign Social Sciences and Innovative Marxism and Symposium on the Launch of the International English Journal World Marxist Review Held at Northwestern Polytechnical University

June 21-23, It is co-sponsored by the Office of Discipline Construction of Northwestern Polytechnical University, the Branch of Innovative Marxism Research of World Political Economy Association, the Organizing Committee of China Innovative Marxism Forum, the School of Marxism of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and the "Marxist Innovation and Development Research Center", a key research base of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Shaanxi (universities) The International Academic Forum and the inaugural seminar of the international English journal "World Marxist Review" were successfully held in Northwestern Polytechnical University. Nearly 200 experts, scholars, university teachers and students from 8 countries including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Italy, Turkey and other countries exchanged views and discussed the latest progress and new achievements of social science development and innovative Marxism at home and abroad.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Xiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Cheng Enfu, Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, President of the World Society of Political Economy, Chief Professor of the University of Social Sciences, and Professor of the School of Marxism of Northwestern Polytechnical University, delivered speeches.

Focusing on the theme of "the Development and Innovation of Marxism in Chinese and foreign social sciences", the forum has set up four sub-forums, respectively, on the development of Chinese and foreign social sciences and the progress of human civilization; The latest development of international Marxism; International dissemination and mutual learning of Marxism in China; The common values of mankind and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind were discussed in depth.

It is of profound theoretical and practical significance for enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between Chinese and foreign social sciences, and promoting the progress and development of Marxist studies in the world.
